• Real Estate Brokerage (Jonathan Howard Real Estate LLC): Licensed real estate brokerage services in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
• Property Management (Howard Group Management): Residential and commercial property management services.
• Real Estate Investment (Onward Ventures RE): Real estate investment and acquisition services.
• Construction and Contracting (Onsite Contracting): General contracting and construction services.

3. Use of the Site

5. Virtual Assistant Services

Virtual assistant services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are detailed on the pricing page at officialonward.com/pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Insurance Services Disclaimer

Official Onward operates as an independent insurance broker. We do not underwrite insurance policies. All insurance products are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable carrier's policy. Coverage availability and pricing vary by state and individual circumstances. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding insurance quote or guarantee of coverage.

7. Real Estate Services Disclaimer

Jonathan Howard Real Estate LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage. Real estate transactions are subject to applicable state laws and regulations in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or guarantee related to any real estate transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Official Onward LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
